A2 · CLO-PLO mapping
Import an existing OBE workbook
Load an Excel file containing the CO-PO mapping sheet to create every course mapping of this
programme at once, instead of entering them one by one. If the file also contains
Masterlist and Semsub sheets, those results are imported too and can be reported on
immediately.
Uploading publishes the programmes and their CLO-PLO mapping to the server, so every lecturer
sees the current courses the next time they sign in. Do this after entering or importing a mapping.
B · Course marks (lecturer)
Collect marks from lecturers (admin)
Lecturers working on their own computer press Download course marks and send you the
resulting Course_Marks_*.xlsx. Select one or several of those files here to merge their
marks into this platform. Re-importing the same course and semester replaces the earlier copy.
Report generation is carried out by the administrator. Save your marks here and they are sent
to the OBE coordinator automatically.

Course & Lecturer Summary
Which lecturer is in charge of which course, with the CLO attainment of each course, for the
programme loaded and the semester chosen below.
3Student Reports (Semester / Graduate)
Each report is saved as a separate PDF named after the student (for names containing
“A/P” or “A/L”, only the words before it are used).
The signature date follows the next semester: Jan → May, May/Jun → Aug, Aug → Jan of the following year.
Your semester Outcome-Based Education reports, as issued by the OBE coordinator.

Change my password
Sets a new password for your own account. It applies immediately and is used the next time you
log in. Passwords are stored encrypted and are never shown to anyone.

A4 · Live sync (Supabase)
Connect the platform to a Supabase project so that lecturers’ marks arrive on your computer
as soon as they save. Run the supplied SQL script in your project first, then paste the two
values from Project Settings → API below. Leave these blank to keep the platform
entirely offline.
